The Wizard High Court had decided that Draco should be imprisoned in Azkaban due to his unquestionable support to the Dark Lord.

Harry kneeled in front of the dying man that was once one of the finest and most athletic guys that Hogwarts has ever seen. He took his chin and raised his head so that the blonde could look into his eyes.

Harry got chills every single time he saw his smile. His mind and body were too tortured.

Harry kissed Draco's dry lips before whispering "I promise I will get you out of here" for nth time and hugging his chained body again while crying in despair.
