Yami didn't like technology.
Being a 3,000 year old spirit didn't exactly help, ya know?
He'd made enemies with several toasters (how DARE they burn his poor, defenceless toast!) and managed to break almost half of the Mutou's cooking equipment (note to self: light bulbs and ovens don't particularly like each other.)
But he had to make an exception.
The sleek black box that Yuugi had received for his birthday was that exception.
What other objects could let you jump off a tower and survive, set cars on fire and kill zombies with a frying pan all in one day?
Well, actually, he could name several... but that wasn't the point!
However, when Yuugi made him play the thing, using magical phrases such as "First-person shooter," and "You can explode stuff!" he had an epiphany.
A realization.
A message from God:
I love technology.
