Ginny looked across the room at Draco, who was flirting with the god awful Astoria GreenGrass. He was only doing this to make her angry, she knew it. It was payback for sleeping with Harry for all these years. Astoria touched his arm and he smiled. Oh good god man, stop acting like you like her! Ginny mentally shrieked. Draco wrapped his arm around Astoria's small waist and led her to the dancefloor, briefly smiling at Ginny. "Gin? Why are you staring at Malfoy?" Seamus asked her. Ginny laughed and turned around to her best friend standing behind the bar.

"Because I am dating Draco, and I have a right to see him," she said lovingly. Seamus's eyes widened and he grabbed her arm.

"Since when?" he snapped. Ginny let out a small whimper and wrenched her arm away from his large hand.

"Since three years ago Seamy!" she giggled and went to the dance floor. Astoria had her head laid on Draco's shoulder and Draco had his head on hers. They looked very content in each others company. "Draco?" Ginny asked. Draco's head shot up and he looked at Ginny.

"Hey Gin, why aren't you with Harry?" he asked her in his deep voice. Ginny's face contorted with confusion. Draco sighed and lead her into an empty cooridor.

"Why would I be with Harry when I've always been yours?" she asked, snaking her hand up to his neck.

"Woah Gin, you aren't mine...I'm with Astoria...I'm engaged...To Astoria," he gently removed her hand and took a step back. Ginny let out a high pitch scream of pure anguish.

"LIAR! I'm your girlfriend! I've been with you for ages!" she said, gripping to his arm. Draco shook his head and stepped back another step.

"Ginerva, we aren't dating. You're married to Harry Potter. Your Ginerva Potter!" he shouted, making Ginny cry.

"No...oh gods no..." she whispered to herself. "How could I...I don't love Harry." This made Draco gasp.

"Ginny, I think you've drunken too much...let me take you home. Astoria will understand," he said and took her hand. Ginny smiled inwardly, and nodded.

Ginny opened her bedroom door and stepped inside, still attatched to Draco's hand. It gave her a sense of safety, a sense of happiness. Draco looked at her. Ginny wrapped her arms around his neck and kissed him passionately. Draco pushed her away, making her fall onto the bed. "Ginny! No!" he whispered harshly. Ginny looked at him with sadness.

"Please. Let's just try, and if you don't feel anything for me still then i'll be happy with Harry," she whispered. Draco looked at the beautiful red head and then back to the floor. Astoria would never know...and neither would Harry. He nodded and kissed her awaiting lips. She smiled and they continued on into the night.
