Hunger
"Come on, eat something!" Sam tried to force half of his dinner into Dean's mouth, after his stomach growled for a millionth time.
"I'm fine, Sammy, you need it more," Dean smiled weakly.
Stupid Dean and his self-sacrifices!
And where was Dad? He'd better come home soon, because they were seriously short of food.
Sam was so scared for his brother, because he seemed to be in a lot of pain.
"When's the last time you ate?"
"Sammy-"
"If you don't eat this, I won't eat anything ever again!" Sam yelled.
He just wanted his brother to be okay again.
