Once Upon a Dream

Ebony black hair was tied up in a fat, loose bun. Brown eyes peeked from behind dark
bangs as a pink dress grasped firmly to that thin, slender body. "Lady Kagome," she
turned her head.
THUMP THUMP THUMP
Her racing heart nearly jumped out of her body when she awoke, safe in her bed.
"What a nightmare," she thought to herself, "that boy with dog ears and silver hair,
Somehow he seemed familiar?"
Princess Kagome pushed off the layers of blankets which secured her to her bed, she was
on a mission to decipher her dream. Tiptoeing to her chamber door, she lit a candle as she
neared the exit.
She knew very well she was not aloud to leave her room let alone the castle, but her
dream seemed more important. Sneaking around the windy castle and creaky steps, she
made it to the bottom floor. Well aware that guards proudly watched the main entrances
and exits, she jumped out of the nearest window and sprinted into the woods.
Gold eyes and black figures seemed to dance around through the trees as she ran deeper
and deeper into the woods, searching for her mystery figure.
Rustling in the trees led her to a nearby bush, but when she looked into it, a small
Creature ran into the forest.
About an hour into her journey,
She had a strange feeling,
Almost like someone was watching her.
When she turned her head,
Silver hair that breezed in the wind
And golden eyes that could cut across the darkest sky
Stared back at her.
"Inuyasha?"
Like like like???
Or is it corny?!!?
