No more hiding

Maxiger. My own take on yesterday's episode since I was disappointed on how Maxine took Dodger admitting he had fallen for her. I've changed some things so yeah I hope you enjoy.

Dodger decided to follow right behind Maxine as she stepped outside to take out the trash at the party going on for Tony's award for being pillar of the village which he had deserved. Maxine looked so beautiful that night and Dodger couldn't stop thinking about her, no matter how hard he tried. Dodger didn't want to hurt his dad but he also couldn't help how he felt about the beautiful young woman he had just fallen for.

"Hey. You don't belong with Patrick" Dodger said as he caught up with Maxine as she placed the trash bag into the pin.

Maxine turned to look at Dodger, her blue eyes wide with surprise at his words. Sure Dodger was gorgeous and kind but then again there was also Patrick to think about considering how he reacted when he discovered she got pregnant after a one night stand with Dodger two months ago. Maxine tried to walk away.

Dodger then followed her until they were both against the brick wall near the club where the party was held. "I know you want to be with me, just as much as I want be with you" He continued as he got closer to Maxine, his face just a few inches away from hers.

"You mean that?" Maxine asked softly, looking into Dodger's captivating blue eyes, the ones that made her weak in the knees whenever they were that close. As he spoke, she could feel his breath on her face. Why did this have to be so complicated? Patrick was her boyfriend but…judging by the way he hurt her, Maxine wasn't sure what she was going to do about him. But as far as she knew about Dodger, she couldn't stay away from him. Before her mind could say no, her body said yes and then leaned in and kissed him.

Dodger kissed Maxine with fire and passion as he placed his hands on her sides, wanting to feel her close to him so bad he could taste it. The taste of her lipstick and the feminine scent of her perfume made Dodger want to keep going.

Maxine had to admit Patrick had never kissed or touched her the way Dodger was at the moment and it felt so delicious, it was like she was on a high on something and she didn't want to let go. Her and Dodger's bodies were pressed so close and so intimately the feeling was right. It was so nice to be loved by someone who actually cared and that was Dodger. Maxine pushed all thoughts out of her mind as she relished the feeling of Dodger close to her.
