Emotional Blackmail
"John please!?" Kayo said as she stared at John's hologram form aboard thunderbird shadow. Kayo said pulling her pretty please look to John hoping it would soften him up."Absolutely not Kayo" John replied straight away. "You heard what Scott said" John said seconds later. John said not budging an inch he wasn't even going to fall for Kayo's puppy dog in the meantime Kayo intersected by saying "Screw what Scott says it's what I say!" "Kayo" John Tracy warned his girlfriend. International Rescue had just gotten a new lead on the Hood.
Scott being the leader he is said that it was too dangerous to follow for now. Kayo had different ideas and John was having no such luck convincing her otherwise. Then John saw Kayo's eyes narrow and a devious smirk appear on her face. John gulped and he seemed to stop breathing "Kayo lets not do something we won't regret ok?" John said nervously. "Look who's talking now" Kayo said she was glad to have John on the ropes. John didn't know what Kayo had planned but he was about to find out.
John narrowed his eyes as he looked at Kayo's hologram; and said "What are you planning you fox." Kayo cringed she hated that nickname. "John you need to work on a better nickname for me Space Boy" Kayo said as she watched John's hologram fidget aboard thunderbird five. "Ok I'll work on a new nickname for you Kayo. Now tell me what you're planning already!" John almost shouted. Smirking once again Kayo said "funny you should say that John I was planning on following the Hood with your permission of course.
But if the answer is no then I could always show the others you failing miserably at ice skating. By falling down in embarrassing ways." Now John was sweating bullets now now let's not be hasty here; and do something we'll both regret was all John could say once again. The only thing John could do now was let Kayo win this round; and let her chase after the Hood because John knew one thing for sure and it was that if his brothers saw that video of him ice skating and falling down in embarrassing ways he'd never hear the end of it. John finally let Kayo get her way as long as she didn't show the video. Kayo however was overjoyed and then proceed to go in hot pursuit after her Uncle the Hood.
Later that night after Kayo returned to Tracy Island the Hood managed to sleep away but not before Kayo left him with a couple of nasty surprise. Upon entering the living room Kayo saw and heard Scott telling John off for allowing Kayo to go after the Hood when he specifically said not to. The conversation was interrupted by Kayo coming into the room. John and Kayo locked eyes and just stared at each other in silence. This however didn't go unnoticed by Scott would the two of you mind telling me what's going on. Kayo said nothing as she leaned up against the wall with her arms crossed and smirked at John. "Nope!" John said rather quickly Scott then looked between Kayo and John and back again. Now Scott Tracy was really confused.
