A/N: These events occur after the Heroes Of Olympus.
There was a demigod. Her name was Maria Sounde. She owned two unused weapons.
One contained Celestial Bronze, Imperial Gold, silver and another metal that she calls beliscent. Its blade was split in half by bronze and silver. The tip was beliscent. The hilt was golden. She didn't know the names of the others, she only thought of them as normal metals.
The other weapon was a knife entirely made of Stygian iron.
She crafted one weapon herself at an abandoned forge. She found the Stygian Iron knife in deserted ruins near the ocean.
She faced many monsters as she ran. She had no destination, but her constant motion helped her to not feel pain, physical or emotional.
All she knew about herself was where she started running, Culebra, Puerto Rico, and her name. She remembered being called Maria Sounde.
Sounde didn't feel like a Puerto Rican name to Maria, but she didn't think about it that much as she ran.
She left the island by stowing away on a boat. Maria was efficient with not being seen.
She never had to use either weapon because she could run fast enough to escape her pursuers. She would even tie a monster up to avoid killing it.
Maria got off the boat in Florida. She has been to twenty-seven different states since then. That was about six years from now.
