Sugar and Spice, and everything nice. That's what little girls are made of. At least that's what that dreaded woman had told him when he first held his pink haired daughter. And yet somehow, some way, I must have messed up. Because she's anything but nice.

Tuskino Usagi, known to family and friends as Chibi-Usa, was brought up like any person would expect a princess of his people to be brought up, strong, honed and yet just like her mother an extreme klutz. "Damn it Usa" Vegeta cursed looking up at the darkening sky. He just seemed to have the worst luck. Fifty years ago…..had it really been fifty years? It sometimes seemed like only yesterday he had found his second mate. His son already with a mate and brats of his own, and he was taking a second mate. A day he never thought would come. And yet…fifty years later he had buried both his son, and another mate. Smoke drifted across the yard as the fallen prince made his way to what was once his home.

Six months ago his precious princess had been exactly that, "sugar and spice, and everything nice" well as nice as a Saiyan could get anyway. And then disaster struck. First his precious Usagi killed in a car accident. I should have stopped training and gone with her. Then not more than two months later, some ass hole decided to break in and not only rob but kill Trunks and his family. The boy had gone soft, and forgotten his training, but at least he was a good mate and father, a better one then I ever was.

The pain was unbearable to see in the ruby eyes of his daughter. So it came as no surprise that when she finally accepted the ruthlessness that was her Saiyan nature, that it was him who first bore the wrath that was hers to control.

The wrath didn't come until after he landed with his golden halo around him, proclaiming death to the last of the race who shunned him. And like her family before her Usagi met him on the field, determined to protect what was left of her home. Determined to protect the memories she cherished. It was the last thing he saw in her face before she left that day. The last time he saw his little princess of sugar and spice.

Somehow, some way on that field of battle Usagi Tuskino, Princess of the Saiyan race and Moon, changed. Together they destroyed the last vestiges of the place he had called home for so many years. Decimated what was left of their people.

"Ja'ta."

"Usagi, ho'sh, is it time already?"

"Don't call me that da'ta. Why should you now, when you failed to ever before?"

"Usa…"

"HI'NAH!" he called radiating his energy enough to toss the last prince of Vegeta-sai back through the last wall of the gravity room.

How ironic. Laying in the debris of the room he spent far too many hours in. Hours that should have been spent with my ch'ue. The prince looked up to see the golden halo moving nearer.

"D'ha a'hir au."

"F'ri." The princess commanded. "Hi'nah, p'ue ta'i m'yo"

The golden body turned away from the fallen prince, towards the princess, cocooning her in his glow hiding the tears from the ruby eyes. "Mah'ni, ma" was the last phrased, carried upon the breeze as they disappeared before him.

Slowly the fallen prince pushed up from the rubble of his last home to glance around at the carnage wrought by the couple. A second sun appeared in the sky, growing larger as each second passed. Turning the prince opened his arms, welcoming the blast. "D'in m'yo Broly."

Thank you to Megakat for the spartan Saiyan Language. If you don't understand what's being said head on over there for translations, and while you're at it read her fics. Thank's also for AnaFrost, Steph, and MegaKat for their feed back.

As always reviews are welcome.
