Jacob's POV
I woke up with a gasp. It was another one of those typical Bella nightmares. The nightmare is that Bella picks Edward over me. The bad part is when I wake up, I realize that it really happened. I was sweating repulsively. Snap shots of the nightmare slept behind my eyelids. Every blink brought a reminder about her and Renesmee. I used to say 'my Renesmee' but she never belonged to me truly.
My phone rang ad lit up. The caller ID read Bella. I didn't put a last name because i didn't want to write Cullen. Ever since Renesmee got the restraining order against me I stopped dreaming about her and started dreaming about Bella.
Just then my pack came in. Seth and Leah. They had decided to stay with me as their Alpha instead of Sam.
"Not again," Seth whined," Its the nightmares isn't it. Jacob, im still researching it. I think its Renesmee. We need to go to Sam."
"No! I am not. We are not going to Sam about this. I can handle it."
"You may be able to but what about when we are in your head. It doesn't make it any easier for us." Leah countered.
"I will not go to Sam and I forbid both of you from talking to Sam about it!"
"Maybe we should move away from Forks," Leah proposed.
"I'll think about it. Just keep researching the myths. Carlisle hasn't found anything yet and he cant do much otherwise the others would find out,"
Start of Flashback
We were all leaving the court room. I silently pulled Carlisle aside.
"I need your help. You owe me," I told Carlisle.
"Indeed I do. What can I help you with?"
"I need you to help me with my research on how to unimprint. I can't take it anymore and I want to get rid of it."
"Ok, I'll help but you may not like want you find,"
"I'll take my chances. But don't tell anyone about it. Don't let them see,"
"Ok, and Jacob," He said making me look up, " We are really sorry about this court stuff. Bella couldn't persuade Renesmee out of it. We couldn't either. I guess you were a bit too hard on her about that boy she brought home."
End of Flashback
That day felt like eons ago. He had found nothing and only visited me when the others were out hunting. I could tell he was trying hard but It didn't feel like enough.
"Hey guys," I said talking to Seth and Leah.
"Yeah?"'
"Your not behind on school work are you?"
They laughed and watched tv.
"It's summer dude. Lay off," Seth replied.
