Hey, everyone! I haven't been on here in a while, so I'm back with a short ficlet for a new fandom completely—the Gekkan Shojo Nozaki-kun fandom! Please enjoy!
"Hey, Hori-senpai, aren't the stars so beautiful? They're so shiny and prettyyyy~"
Kashima pointed up at the clear sky and smiled brightly. She resisted the urge to add a flirty line somewhere along the lines of "…Like you, my princess" because she definitely did not want to ruin the rare, quiet moment she was having with her Hori-chan-senpai.
Hori could see the radiant shine of her smile even in the darkness of the cold winter night. He and Kashima had been frequenting stargazing on this secret hill of theirs every free weekend they got. The hill was quite the sanctuary, really—secluded and away from the noise of their usual bustling days at school.
Hori took one last glance at Kashima's sparkling eyes and handsome face and finally looked up to the sky to affirm her thoughts. "Yeah, I guess they are." What a lie. These stars were nothing compared to the celestial flecks of gold in Kashima's eyes. Nothing could beat the scintillating mass that is Kashima Yuu.
Oh Jesus fuck. He didn't just actually think those words, did he? No. No absolute way. He is not in love with Kashima Yuu, simply because she is Kashima Yuu, and that's just fucking ridiculous. She's Kashima Yuu, and that's enough of a reason if you knew her.
But…
"Hori-chan-senpai, watcha thinkin' about? You're thinking about me, aren't you~?"
Hori pointed at the sky and said seriously, without a change of tone anywhere in his sentence, "I'm going to throw you into the next galaxy if you say another word.
"But if you really want to know… Yeah, I was…"
"Ah, Hori-senpai! That's so sweeeet!"
