Demyx walked down the hall with a spring in his step "I wonder why Mar-Mar needs me to help him garden?"
He turned the corner & saw a hunched up figure, he curiously walked towards the figure to find it was Roxas. "Roxas are you alright" the older blonde asked "No" he replied "What happened" he said as he sat next to him "A-axel & I broke up" he snivelled "That's awful, why did you two break up" he asked "I-I –"he started to whimper "Its okay we don't have to talk about it" he told him "Do you want to come into my room for a while" Roxas nodded
When Demyx locked the door Roxas burst into a fresh wave of tears. "Shh Rox it's alright, its okay I'm here for you" he tried to comfort him. Roxas soon stopped crying but fell asleep in Demyxs embrace.
Axel knocked on the Nocturnes door later that night. Demyx moved Roxas onto his bed & went out to Axel. The pyro looked quizzically at him as Demyx raised his finger to his lips in a shushing action & motioned him to go to Axel's room.
"Why can't we go to your room Dem?" Axel asked. "Roxas is asleep in there" he explained "Oh so that's where he went … I guess he told you why we broke up" he sighed "No he didn't, maybe I'll get an answer from you" Axel sighed again "This morning Roxas came in & told me that he didn't want to be with me anymore & he had feelings for someone else" a tear ran down his face. "Did he tell you who?" Demyx asked "Yeah funny you should mention that – The person is you" "What!?" Demyx exclaimed "Yeah I was surprised as you" Axel laughed bitterly "Oh what am I gonna do" He sighed "The question is do you want to be with him" Axel said "I dunno I'll think about it" "Okay night Demyx" Axel smiled know he'd make the right decision
The next morning Roxas woke up in a strange bed with someone sleeping beside him. He turned over to see Demyxs peaceful looking face beside him. Roxas smiled at this & gently stroked his cheek. Demyx opened his eyes "Hi Roxas" he smiled "H-hi I w-was "he stuttered "Roxas its okay Axel told me" Demyx smirked "He did" Roxas whined "I'm sorry"
"No no Roxas don't be I em … like you as well" he sighed "Really?" Roxas asked "Yes I was afraid to say anything cos Axel'd hit me or burn me" he joked "Oh um … well I'm not with him anymore so –"he gently kissed the older blonde. Demyx inwardly smiled as he deepened the kiss. "I-I love you Demyx" Roxas blushed "I love you Roxas"
