Arata was resting near a tree, his arms folded on his chest and he looked upwards at the sky. This had gone for hours and hours.

Until a smiling face popped up into his view.

"Hi, Arata!"

Arata was so starled that he fell over to the side.

"Eri! Don't do that!" The red ranger stood up as he brushed himself off.

"Sorry, I was wondering where've you been." His childhood friend giggled.

"Well, I was just relaxing, when a certain SOMEONE interrupted me."

Eri put her hands on her hips. " Now that I have your attenion, where's my present?"

Arata looked at her as if an alien took over her body. "Where's your what?"

Eri began to search him as Arata tried to push her hands off of him. "Eri, Stop!"

"Give me my present!"

"What present?"

Eri frowned. "My Valentine's day present!"

"What's Valentine's Day?"

Eri stopped and looked at him. "You don't know? Valentine's Day is a day where people give each other gifts!"

Arata blinked and looked at her. Then he smiled.

"You mean like this?" He gave her a quick peck on her cheek.

Eri squeaked and got off of him. "Y-You big dummy! That was going to be my gift!"

"Well, you said YOU wanted a gift..."

Eri blushed and looked at her friend. He was right, she did want a gift...

"Then it looks like I have to give you a better gift..."

Arata blinked. Before he could say anything, Eri kissed him fully on the lips.

He felt like he was soaring through the clouds and the stars. Time seemed to stop around the two as they stood under the tree.

Meanwhile, Mone, Aguri, and Hyde were sitting at a bench.

"Where are they? It's been two hours!" Mone complained.

"Arata must be sleeping again..." Aguri snorted.

"And Eri must have a hard time trying to wake him up." Hyde commented.

"HEY!"

The trio looked at Eri and Arata as they ran towards them.

"Where have you been?" Mone demanded.

"We were just talking and...stuff." Eri paused a bit.

"You've been gone for two hours," Aguri noted.

"Really?" Arata looked around, the sun was near the horizon.

"I think you two were doing more than just talking," Hyde pointed out.

"What makes you think that?" The Red ranger asked.

Hyde pointed at the markings at Arata's neck. "Those."

Mone let out a giggle as Eri turned red.

"If you wanted to make out with Eri, do it on your own time, not ours." Aguri groaned.

Arata frowned, but inside, he was already off in his own world, Eri flying beside him...
