Thanksgiving fluff. It's two days late, but I forgot I was writing this until I went to start a new fic, and I found this in my doc manager. So I finished it.

Sixteen year old KC, grabbed her phone and her iPod and headed for the door. She tied her running shoes, and pulled a hoodie off the coat rack. "A cruddy day for a run to burn off all the thanksgiving food," she mumbled, as she looked out the window at the cold rainy day. She put her headphones into her ears, and started jogging towards Riley's neighborhood, it wasn't the way she usually ran, but she felt as if something was pulling her that way. It was a quiet 15 minute jog before she reached his neighboorhood. She kept running until she saw him, he wasn't in the house playing wii with his little cousins, or even shooting hoops with his older brothers, he was sitting up on balcony looking down, with a depressed look on his face.

"Why so glum chicken bum," KC yelled as she stopped on the sidewalk in front of his house. She pulled the headphones out of her ears and waited for a response.

"You know what sucks," he called back to her.

"No."

"Getting dumped by text message, well saying you're thankful for you're amazing girlfriend."

"Ouch."

"Ouch, doesn't even begin to cover it."

"Well come down here and we can talk."

"If we must."

"Oh we must," she laughed as he headed in to come join her on the front sidewalk.

"Ok, I'm here," he said jogging to the sidewalk.

"I see that. What kind of person dumps you on thanksgiving?"

"Apparently Lisa."

"I'm sorry Riley."

"It's ok I think."

"Oh, why do you think?"

"I think I have something else to be thankful for," he said smiling at her.

"Really what's that?"

"You."

"Me?"

"Yes you."

"Why are you thankful for me?"

"You're always there for me, you've seen my lowest of lows and highest of highs."

"I see."

"You're special KC, and I'm glad, your my best friend."

"You know who I'm thankful for?"

"Who?"

"You."

"So the feelings mutual."

"I think so."

"So you wouldn't mind if I did this," he said leaning in and kissing her.

"Yes, the feelings mutual," she smiled brightly before kissing him again.

"Eww! Mom! Riley's kissing someone on the front walk," his little cousin called to her mom from the door.

"I think that's my cue I'm about to be forced to play wii."

"Well, I guess I should go."

"No I think you should come with."

"Really?"

"Yes, you're what I'm thankful for and I want to spend the rest of the day with you," he said kissing her again before the raced eachother into his house.
