Tied Together
Prologue
The night was so bleak that the moon cut through the velvety shadows with light, so sharp, it created one solitary streak in the sky. The empty void spanned everlasting distances with no stars to bring any hope. The wind blew a cold gale that could send shivers down the back of the devil himself. The smoke, cleared by the wind, revealed a scene of unimaginable destruction, chaos, and fire. Fire so hot it could burn out the sun three times over. These black, horrid flames ate away everything. Buildings, homes, loved ones, pets, trees, nothing remained. These fiends of shadowed flames circled one area,which was the center of the once peaceful serene town of Etria. In the middle of this circle was a child,who was huddled into a ball crying tears that ran down the boy's beautiful face. His golden blonde hair was full of ash and his clothes were in such a mess, ragged and torn. All of a sudden the boy stood up so fast it was like lightening had coursed through his body. He locked his aquamarine eyes, full of sorrow, on the moon and laughed. A deep throaty guttural laugh that echoed throughout the ruins of the still burning town. He opened his eyes and this time, replacing the sadness was malice, pure unadulterated evil and malevolence.
Ok so this is my first fanfic so please be gentle with me. RnR is highly appreciated especially ones with critiques, but flames are not helpful at all. so i hope you enjoy the fic
