A dark room was suddenly illuminated by sunlight that was filtering through a window.
"Wake up!" A perky voice snapped "You have a visitor."
President Kors jolted upwards and scanned around the room. Poppy, President Kors assistant, was standing by the window, fixing her bright yellow hair in her election. President Kors sighed.
"Well? Who's here?" He asked, annoyed.
Poppy stopped looking at herself and strode over to the door.
"Head Gamemaker Woven. He has the edited version of the Reaping recap and wanted to know if you wanted to see it before it airs." Poppy explained as she began opening the door.
President Kors shook his head "The reaping!?"
Poppy laughed.
"It was this morning! How could you have slept through it!"
President Kors leaned back in his chair and sighed "Just send Woven in."
Poppy nodded and walked out of the room and a skinny man with dark blonde hair walked in.
"Hello, sir! I have the reaping recap! Would you like to see this years candidates?" Woven asked and made his way over to the TV.
Kors smiled "Of course."
Woven nodded and attached the chip with the Recaps onto the TV.
Woven pulled a chair over next to the president "This is going to be one hell of a year."
