1700 JAG Headquarters Mac's Office Mac flopped down into her chair exhausted from the questioning by NCIS. Truthfully, the thing that bothered her most was that Harm had investigated behind her back. Deep in thought, she was startled by a knock at the door. Looking up she said, "Enter." Harm cautiously entered betting she was ticked off at him for his on the side Singer investigation. Not knowing what else to do Harm sat down in front of her desk and waited.. Meanwhile Mac sat at her desk thinking How dare he waltz in and sit down like he doesn't know anything Angrily Mac stood practically yelling at Harm, "Dammit Harm I thought we were partners.. But you. you went behind my back and I wanna know WHY." Harm looked at a very angry Mac and said, "Look as much as I would like to tell you I can't because it could be used against. Although Mac knew he was right, she just couldn't stand it so she grabbed her cover and briefcase and stormed out. Stunned Harm sat in her office thinking thankful that everyone else had gone home. Man I wish I could just tell her but since I don't know who I'll have as consul. I really need someone to lean on.. Then a light dawned and Harm rushed to his office.
1730 JAG Headquarters Harm's Office Grabbing his briefcase and cover Harm ruffled through his bottom desk drawer with fury. Finding what he was looking for he pocketed it and headed for Mac's
1745 Georgetown Mac's Apartment Standing outside Mac's Apartment Harm shuffled nervously what if this didn't work. Meanwhile inside Mac heard noise outside her door so she opened her door to find. An oblivious Harm down on one knee rehearsing "Sarah I have loved you since I met you in the Rose Garden. I know I've screwed up and I am sorry for all the hurt I've caused you but I promise to make up to you each day of our lives. Will you." Unable to stand it any longer with a teary face Mac answered, "Yes!" Shocked that she had heard Harm looked up, "Really?" Nodding to him as he rose Harm took Mac in his arms and kissed her soundly. Breaking apart Harm slid the diamond ring on her finger. Urgently Harm spoke, "Mac we have to get married tonight, trust me." Hearing the desperate tone in his voice Mac replied, "Ok there's a marriage license place on Washington Dr. The couple headed to Mac's vette. 1830 After signing of marriage certificate. Mac's Apartment Pulling his new wife onto the couch Harm began to hurriedly explain, "Sarah please don't kill me but my reason for marrying you was two fold. First and for most I love you and second I want to explain about Singer." Mac just nodded to go on thinking Oh god did he murder her? Taking a breath Harm continued, "Sergei is the father of Singer's child which is why I conducted the investigation." Sighing in relief Mac leaned in and kissed him. Harm, "I love you to and I think I'm gonna enjoy spousal privilege in more ways in one. Laughing she pulled him toward her bedroom." Is there more spousal privilege depends on DPB. Please R/R
