Disclaimer: Do not own Sailor Moon

She watched as her discus flew towards the redhead. She tried to cry out for it to stop but knew in her heart it was too late. The glowing disc burned through the delicate orange pajamas and sliced the smooth ivory skin like a hot knife through butter. She felt it, all of it. The girl's fear and then the pain from the searing heat for that brief moment before she turned to dust. The only thing left was a red bow.

She saw the bastard charging at her. She didn't think about what she did. She just reacted. He had placed her friend in danger it was his fault. She called her tiara to her hand and then quickly flung it at him. She saw his face his smile was twisted with pleasure and pain. He mouthed something at her she thought it was a thank you, but more likely a curse.

"Ha, Ha, Ha, Ha! Oh good show Sailor Moon!" the general crackled. "Not only did you get ride of that pest, but his little girl too!" He seemed to look thoughtful for a moment then his lips curved into a smile like a fox. "What was the brat's name again? Oh well it's not like anyone really cares, she was just a pawn, their only good as bait." He paused his lips curling even higher to show his gleaming fangs "Or a good roll in the hay. I bet she was good to keep his," he nodded his head towards the pile of ash at her feet, "interested for so long."

She felt as though the wind was knocked out of her. Rage, hot unbridled seethed out and poured through her body like a volcano. She called her discus to her once more. The golden colour illuminated to bright silver, so strong it looked like she was holding a moon beam. She flung it with all her might, but the son of a bitch just faded from the scene in a ribbon of rose petals. Her tiara so filled with energy and no where to uses it exploded in the night sky. The intense light made it seem as though the sun had risen. Serena felt exposed and vulnerable under the light's intensity. For once in her life she could not face the light, the truth of what she done was too raw. She heard the clatter of shoes and the soft pitter-patter of paws on the cold concrete ground. Like a startled rabbit about to be caught by wolves she dashed away scurrying to hide in the dense foliage of the forest.

Two other senshi arrived just as the light from the discus vanished. One was dressed all in red her raven locks falling wildly around her face as she came to an abrupt halt. The other decked in royal blue slowed down beside the other and took out a small computer from seemingly nowhere. She quickly began to type away making only a few murmuring noises now and then. A small black cat with a swipe of gold in the center of her forehead approached the warriors from behind. Her eyes quickly scanned the scene and resting on a small crimson bow. The scarlet warrior had noticed it as well and was concentrating on the soft smooth ribbon. They turn to the sapphire girl was she gave a sudden and desperate cry of despair, her eyes filling slowly with crystal tears. The red warrior looked around searching for any sign that their friend was still near, her eyes once hard glints of glowing coals soften to gentle compassionate lavender. The small furry cat hung its head tiny droplets splashing against the stone cold ground as the truth of what happen blew quietly in the night.

Molly was dead.
