Penelope Queen Scott is the sister of Nathan Royal Scott and Lucas Eugene Scott. Dan and Deb had her to save their marriage. Though they never did save their marriage they had managed to love and cherish both Nathan and Penelope.
Penelope was born when Nathan was just 6 years old. Nathan knew from the day she was born that he would do anything to protect her no matter whatever was in the way of their safety.
In tree hill the Scott family took up metaphorically taken up half of the town when really it was their drama. When Penelope was 12, Nathan filed for emancipation and later that same year Nathan got married to Haley.
When Dan and Deb were getting a divorce Nathan had asked Penny to move in with him creating the unbelieveable bond that they both formed in a matter of weeks. When Haley and Nathan got married in their junior year they gained custody of Penny. Penny was just 13 when this occurred so she was their when Jamie was born and at the graduation.
During the boys senior year Dan had killed Keith leading Penelope to never trust her dad again since Keith was the only real adult that could understand what she was going through since Dan took up the most attention out of their parents that Nathan took up.
Now Penny in her Junior year of high school and just 16 years old. She is dating a senior that plays basketball. The only bad thing about it is that her brothers or Haley are not aware of the relationship as it might damage the relationship that was created between her brothers. What she did not know is that the student that her brothers are coaching is her boyfriend…..
