This takes in place in season 5 episode 15 when Stefan killed Katherine instead of her going to hell she goes somewhere else like heaven or something. Also still sad about the season finale I cried so much during the stelena scene! ?
As Katherine woke up from getting killed by Stefan and remembering trying to go to the other side. She realized she was in a room that looked oddly familiar to her."здравей Катерина" said a female voice that sounded familiar to her. She looks to see and gasped to see her mother." М-м-майка" she stuttered. Tears stated coming down her face as she runs over to her and hugs her. "Толкова съм щастлив да ви видя! Къде е баща and-" she said as she saw her father and, sister standing by the door(?). More tears started coming down as she departed from her mother going over to the others giving them hug. "Hello mother"said a voice that she knew who it was. Katherine looked over and saw her daughter Nadia. As Katherine finished hugging her father and sister she went to Nadia hugging her as they both cried from being reunited once again. "I'm sorry I should have asked klaus for his blood then you would have been alive! I'm sorry I'm a bad mother-" " it's okay we're all here together now as one big happy family" Nadia says as the others joined in the hug. The end.
