Three plus one makes four
Four years had past, and Will was due to turn four. He looked like a true miniature replica of his father. Everyone said it was spooky how at like they truly looked.
Will even had his father's personality, or as close as three year old going on four possibly could have, of course. He had the ability to make the female gender go all soft, and coo at him.
Jackie would always joke around, claiming he had inherited his father's ability to charm the female gender with s mere smile. Tom found it to be extremely amusing to say the least.
At the age of twenty six going on twenty seven both Tom and Jackie, were still happily married and looking youthful, although, Tom had practically lost that teen youthfulness.
He wasn't the only one either, the rest of the Jump Street gang were already or on their way to losing that teen youthfulness as well.
The five friends no longer went undercover in high schools, but in collages and universities instead. Only the younger officers still went undercover in high schools.
Tom and the others willingly admitted that they preferred collage and university over high school any day. They were no long dealing with or having to act as a sixteen or seventeen year old.
It was easier and less frustrating. Even Tom was enjoying his job more then he had ever before. In collage the professors treated you like a human being, and not an insolent brat, like high school teaches did.
Fuller had informed him and the others, that as soon as they were too old to pass as collage students. Then they would act as teachers, under cover. Meaning neither had to find work else where when they became too old to play the role of a student.
Tom, Doug, Harry and Denis had taken the exam required to become detectives, the month previously, joining Judy in the detective ranks. And Doug and Harry both passed, unlike the first time they had tempted the test four years previously.
Jackie had been promoted yet again. Her salary had been doubled again. She was currently studying for her qualifying exam; she needed to become a judge.
Jackie had had enough of being a member of the D.A., she wanted to be a judge and she was hopping to succeed. She earned more then Tom did.
But they had an unspoken agreement, to not let it inferior with their marriage and relationship. That just because one earned more or less then the other, didn't make them any less in their spouse's eyes.
And much to Tom's delight, he had won the bet he and Jackie had made on their wedding day almost four years ago. Doug and Judy were getting married in two months time, after being engaged for almost two years.
Tom had bet Jackie that Doug would propose to Judy before their Will had turned five. And here they were almost four years later, and not five.
As payment, Tom had simply requested his wife's presence in bed. That anything went, and if he wanted to take his time and tease her, then he sure as hell would and she under no circumstances was allowed to complain.
Jackie quickly agreed, seeing as the more she and Tom made love the better it got.
