It was horrible, rain poured from the sky while dark storm clouds circled overhead. A flash of lightning illuminated the window causing the lovable redhead to leap back in fright.
A loud rapping on her door made Chloe jump up from her sofa and charge out into her hall. She quickly flung the door open to see a soaking and shivering Beca.
She quickly ushered the brunette inside.
"Beca, what is wrong with you!?"
Beca shrugged, looking down.Chloe stared at her, concern washing over her features.
"Becs...?"
Beca still refused to look at Chloe so the redhead gently put a hand on her cheek causing Beca to finally acknowledge her.
The brunette cleared her throat.
"I couldn't wait, I couldn't bare going a second longer without telling you. It's killing me. I just want to say. No. I need to say this. It's like, when I'm around you, you're the only one I see and when I'm not with you, you're all I think about. I just, I can't get you out of my head. Seeing you has become the highlight of my day, I can't go a day without thinking about you. All I want to do is see you happy and I was so confused, so scared, when I first realised why. You're beautiful, so beautiful and your eyes, they're just like, wow. I mean I just, wow. I get so lost in them. I guess, I mean what I'm getting at, in a long winded kind of way. I just, I..."
Chloe had a soft smile, her eyes were gleaming as she gently pulled Beca towards her.
"I think I know what you're trying to say."
She leant forward, their lips almost touching.
"But just in case, I just need you to say it."
Beca smirked, pulling Chloe closer.
" I love you Chloe."
The ginger surged forward , their lips melding together. A sigh escaped her lips as they kissed. She slowly pulled back, resting her forhead on Beca's.
"I love you too."
