Mitchie Torres and Shane Grey just stared at each other in the canoe.
"So why did you lie?" asked Shane.
"I just wanted to fit in. But I didn't want to cause any trouble. At all." Mitchie said.
"You didn't have to pretend something your not just to fit in." Shane explained, "Everyone would have liked you for who you are. Your amazing Mitchie. And you will always be my girlfriend."
Mitchie looked up at Shane.
"Wha-What?" she asked
"I said you didn't……."
"No, I mean what did you say in mid speech/sentence thing.
"Oh I said you will always be my girlfriend." He smirked.
Mitchie looked confused.
"Mitch, will you be my girlfriend?" He asked hopefully.
Mitchie smiled a really bright smile and said "Yes."
Shane then leaned over and kissed Mitchie sweetly.
"Yes!!" Mitchie screamed, standing up.
The canoe then tipped over.
"AHHHHH!!" screamed Mitchie.
Shane just laughed from getting wet.
"This is not funny!" Mitchie yelled.
Shane then swam over to Mitchie and kissed her passionately.
"Better?" he asked.
"Yes!" Mitchie said.
Shane then kissed her again.
Both smiled happily.
