Chapter 1: Eyes
This is a story about a girl named Yukiyami Tori. She has been in and out of foster homes and orphanages for 2 years but today she is applying to UA High, with the dream to become a hero!
The sun was just starting to rise as Tori left for the exams. She didn't eat breakfast today. She felt sick to her stomach from anxiety. Anyone would, the day of a test, but she was especially worried. What if she failed? What would she do?
She's been told she would be a villain for so long. That's why she's working so hard to be a hero. If she didn't make this..
Long ago, there was a villain named seer. Her powers were unknown, but she was an assassin. They never caught her. Of all the people she attacked, one came out alive. He told the police all he could remember, but he wouldn't look anyone in the eyes. He was shaken to his core from what he had seen. The eyes of a killer. Her eyes. Blank, cold , expressionless, but hungry and alive. This were the eyes I looked into daily. Seer was my mother.
But that was over now. Now I lived in the smiling oaks orphanage. It was lonely. Ive always been lonely so it doesn't bother me. It want too long of a walk to the school, and it only took about 5 minutes for them to give me a pass for the gates. There were a few others there, but I kept to myself as always. Nervousness boiled in my stomachtimethe minutes went by, and soon it was time to go inside. The man that gave us the lectures and rules for the test was, really loud. Like, really
After loud guy screeched the school motto, I find myself outside the gates. any second now.
