Uchiha Tekka scowled as he watched the Uzumaki brat scrawl graffiti on the side of one of the buildings in the village's historical district which had once been a very small town before the founding and subsequent expansion of Konoha.
His hands itched to grab the troublemaker, and shake some sense into him. But, he restrained himself. The Uzumaki was off limits. The last thing the clan needed was for one of them to be seen with the Uzumaki for any reason. The accusations of their involvement in the Kyuubi attack which were still flying were bad enough. If any of them outside of possibly the children who had to attend school with the brat were seen "hanging around the Uzumaki" they'd become worse.
Clan policy was that the Uzumaki was to be avoided at all costs. Nobody could help him, nobody could harm him, and nobody could punish him when he deserved it. Like now.
Still itching to give the boy what for, he turned and caught the attention of a passing ANBU.
The boy who was still drawing his childish and exceedingly rude picture on the side of a building that was more than a century old never saw him, just as he never saw any of the other Police, or the other members of his clan who were often times forced to go out of their way to avoid him.
