Summary: Twenty-sentence story. It's the road back home and they're taking it together.

Warning: I was extremely tired and wildly intoxicated with coffee. Midterm exams coming up.
1 - play
Sakura doesn't remember the last time she played with dolls; this time it's just pulses, rock fragments, and bones.
2 - run
When they run into each other, she goes straight for his heart – slowing his pulse for five minutes, enough to capture him and take him back – and tells herself it has nothing to do with Naruto's conversation two weeks ago.
3 – divorce
Sakura doesn't have the energy to punch Sai when he suggests she and Sasuke have been acting like a married couple; it's more like a divorce, she thinks.
4 – help
"Help me," Sasuke says and Sakura can't deny him that.
5 – ring
It takes Sasuke a ring of fire about to engulf Sakura to realize he doesn't want to be alone.
6 – boy
At the end of the day, no matter what the council rules, Sasuke is still a lost boy, but now, he has Sakura.
7 – strawberry
When they transfer him to the hospital, Sasuke expects fresh cut green apples to greet him in the morning; it throws him off for a second when it's strawberries instead — it's Sakura, and they have more vitamin C, she says.
8 – diversity
It's not that he hates diversity and contact between villages; he hates Gaara and the way Sakura speaks highly of him – doesn't she remember that once upon a time he tried to kill her… and that he was there to save her?
9 – transition
Their first kiss doesn't last as much as she'd wish; but his lips and minty taste are a better transition from all the bitterness he had left behind.
10 – invictus
Instead of feeling weak when Sakura pushes him to the ground during a training battle, he feels invictus when she kisses him.
11 – real
"This time, it's real," and that's all she needs from him right now.
12 – code
They make up a set of 10 codes, promising each other what they should have 5 years ago.
13 – hotdog
Hotdogs go on the list of things not to watch Sakura eat.
14 – kool aid
Sakura notices Sasuke stocking more kool-aid in his fridge; either he doesn't notice is sweet or he knows its Sakura's favorite drink.
15 – prominent
Even the most prominent Uchiha member cannot say no to not-from-a-noble-clan Haruno Sakura when she asks him to role play.
16 – erection
She moves tauntingly against his erection, pressing herself right where he needs it and – "Please, Sakura."
17 – stars
Every night, since his return to Konoha, Sasuke makes it a point to spend time under the stars and contemplate on what MIkoto would have said about Sakura.
18 – board
It's written neatly on the menu board at the new Ichiraku's establishment: Sakura, Marry me – Sasuke.
19 – singing
Sasuke knows he's made the right choice when he gets a flashback of his mom singing to the newly planted sakura trees on the backyard just like Sakura.
20 – mantrum
She loves him – mantrums or no mantrum – she loves him and he loves her.
