Rin sighs out of Boredom and stares out at the leaves in the oak beside her house. Kakashi was supposed to be coming over to study two hours, but since the 'Obito incident' Kakashi changed, he was no longer the independent, rule abiding, always on time, Kakashi, now he was late, care-free and still as handsome as ever, Rin of course would never admit that. She looked over at her clock and sighed again, two hours late.
Then a tap on her window made her knees jolt and her chair fall backwards making her look up to see Kakashi, he is sideways, chakra walking up the side of her house. "Baka..." She grumbles walking over to open the window or him. "You're two hours late!"
"I seem to have gotten lost on the road called life today..." Kakashi says stepping into Rin's room and picking the fallen chair back up and sitting in it.
"Why'd you climb up the side of my house anyway? There's a front door you know."
"Well, last time I did that your father almost killed me with a katana, so no thanks."
"It's your own fault for wearing that mask all the time, not to mention using your headband to cover the eye that-" She cuts herself off not wanting to send Kakashi into a depression after he finally arrived.
"That?" he inquires giving her a bored look.
"that Obito gave to you..."
"Well...it hurts after awhile." Kakashi shrugs tapping his lopsided headband, "I think I get why he wore goggles."
He smiles a warm sad smile, astounding Rin, did Kakashi just talk happily on the subject of Obito?
"And if you don't like my mask," he says putting one finger in it and pulling it down to reveal his features, "just tell me, baka."
