Thoughts - Aeryn's Perspective
Life is so different now,
I've changed so much and met so many new friends
That I can't begin to explain
All the joy they have given me.
Though it's not for lack of pain
That we've endured.
Through tragedy and happiness alike
We have survived.
Now, at this stage in my life it is hard to voice my own thoughts
Towards all that had befallen me.
I care very deeply for my newfound family
That I do not miss my old ways at all.
And since meeting him I have not been the same.
He has shown me what love is
And without him I could not imagine living.
We have been through so much together,
Both good and bad.
We are so much a part of each other
It's as if we are the same person.
We have come so far
In so short amount of time.
Now all we can do is move forward towards the future.
My life has almost not been worth living without him,
And together we can finally start the family that I have always longed for.
