Whirlpool; Forgive My Fins
Readers of the 'Fins' series will hopefully get this and enjoy. Lily and Quince are newlyweds, living together. Tellin has secretly had a crush on Lily since he first laid eyes on her, he was planning to tell her his feelings, but she decided to live on land before he got the chance. Now that Lily is in love with Quince, he will do anything to get her to like him, even if he has to go shark. (Hehe, mermaid slang xD)
Lily's POV
Scooches closer to Quince, both on couch in their home.
"Quince, what are you watching?" I ask curiously.
"Football." He replies, giving me a wink, then turns back to our tv.
I giggle, then go back to my Vogue magazine.
"What are you reading?" He teases with a smirk.
I turn the cover of the magazine to him; for him to read it.
"Vogue? Since when do you read that?" He asked.
"I saw it on a news stand on the way here from Thalassinia, and it was 50% off… So yeah." I answer.
"How's your dad doing?" He says, changing the subject.
"Daddy's doing good. Tellin, me, and him had a big sushi dinner." I reply with a grin.
"So then you're not hungry? I was thinking of getting some sushi to-go." He says grinning back.
Sushi isn't Quince's favorite food. But he's growing on it pretty fast.
"Sounds good to me! Daddy ate most of it anyway" I say.
Then he replies with a tender kiss.
I begin kissing back until-
"Hey Lily! And Quince…." Tellin shouts.
