The world once known as Mincraft, now Mojang, was a mysterious place. Approximately 432 years ago, a man named Steve died. His death left the world shrouded in mystery, as he was alive long before the first villages even formed.
Fast forward 127 years, and a book is found. This book would later become known as Steve's personal diary once decoded, but for the time, they had to read by the pictures. Steve had drawn mysterious stuff in his journal, dragons, mysterious portals, men 3 meters tall with blank pupils, but above all of the things Steve had drawn, one caught the discovers eyes the most. Steve had drawn a self portrait, except this self portrait very much reflected the tall men, in that he had no pupils.
This man, along with many other of the drawings were simply written off as drawings drawn by Steve for amusement. There was no creditable evidence that dragons, or portals, or pupiless people existed. But that was all going to change very soon.
