Dylan sighed heavily refusing to look at any villagers as they went through the Forrest, it had only been a week or so since he arrived in China but this part was only filled with animals. Which to his utter shock could not only talk but also knew how to do martial art skills. Of course most of them had never seen a human being before so nobody knew how to take it.
A group of animals called the furious five, the dragon warrior and Master Shifu? He thought he pronounced the name right, had approached him leaving him into reeling that everything he knew about animals was an lie.
Not that he was completely human himself. He had been born with wings, something of which made it even hard for him to make friends. Due to being label a freak.
So he guessed that having talking animals wasn't that weird?
Right?
No..it was weird.
Surprisingly Dylan didn't mind however, made him feel dare he say it, like he fit in. Even if it was only slightly.
Not wanting to panic the villagers Dylan declined to live in the Jade Palace, he didn't like how they kept looking at him in a weird way. And almost afraid of him. It was depressing, he was different because of him having wings in the human world. Yet now different because he was human in this animal world.
How nobody ever knew about this was beyond him, but of course would anyone believe it?
Dylan came up to 5'2 feet tall, he had jet black hair, brown eyes, and wore a pair of blue jean pants and a brown T shirt. He wasn't a very talkative person, in fact he was very Shy and known to have panic attacks.
And let me tell you when a giant bear even if it was a Panda came up and talked to him, well let's say for the first few minutes he had a total melt down. That was until an older panda who was much smaller approached him and talked him down.
Going into the tent that he had gotten from Po Dylan stretched out on the sleeping bag luckily despite being talking animals, they did own human like things which was nice for him. They even ate human food. Once again the whole situation was weird.
But oddly nice it was much better of a place than he was used to anyway.
He could hear the light rain coming from the sky which was soothing, closing his eye's enjoying the rain he was just about asleep when a noise prompted him to jolt open.
Sitting up Dylan took out his flashlight his hand slightly shaking before slowly moving to the flap of the tent, swallowing thickly he pushed open the flap shining the flashlight into the darkened night. Moving the flashlight around he jumped slightly as he saw a large Panda covering his face with his paw features upturned between annoyance and a wince.
"Po?" Dylan said puzzled.
"Guess again kid".
The tone made Dylan startle it sounded like Po only deeper and for sure less inviting, yet it looked like the Dragon warrior. Dylan wreaked his brain Master Shifu had told them there was a Panda that would look like Po. But it wasn't him. Due to an magic mirror it was his bad self?
Magic, talking bears, animals that knew Kung Fu.
This place was insane. Shaking his head Dylan swallowed thickly pushing further back into the tent, while he didn't know Master Shifu very well. He would be a fool not to take his advice.
"W..hat..do you want". Dylan stammered. Trying to sound brave but being anything but.
Bad Po stood at his full height eyeing the human scrunched back in the tent, a smirk crossed the Panda's features. He lazily walked a few steps forward, which made Dylan hold the Flashlight like a weapon,.
"I'm warning you". Dylan stammered. "Stay away from me".
Bad Po just let out a bark of laughter.
"A flashlight really kid?" Grinning he grabbed the light squeezing it so it broke in two, the only light Dylan now had was the Moonlight. Which didn't make Bad Po look any less intimidating. "Now do you want to try this again? And not point items at me this time?" The Panda smirked.
Dylan let out a yelp as the Panda pulled the tent up with enough force that it ripped an human size hole, leaving the man without any protection. The human cowered in front of Bad Po who watched the human with an arched eyebrow and slight amusement.
This was the first time he ever saw an human before although it was well known around here that one had come to the Valley. The villagers were afraid of this? Bad Po scoffed, throwing the tent to the side he bent down to the man's level whose head jerked up meeting Bad Po's gaze.
The Panda poked the human gently who jolted at the touch, smirking he did it again just to have the human have the same reaction. However after the 3rd poke the human bopped the Panda's nose which made Bad Po jerk back startled.
"Stop that!". Dylan snapped though his body still trembled. "It hurts!".
Blinking Bad Po noticed the human was holding his arm wincing in pain which to the Panda's surprise had a bit of blood on his arm, he had done worse to the goody losers before and never had this reaction. Yet really how much did they know about humans? He was larger than this man that was for sure. As was most of the loser 5.
Shaking his head Bad Po turned to leave the kid had lost his amusement and he had other things to do. Like torment his good half and the furious losers. But for some reason he couldn't bring himself to take a step. Glancing over his shoulder, he saw the man curled in himself shaking slightly.
He had terrified him and even though he was a bad guy, even though he bullied. Treated the villager's poorly, beat up the furious five.
It didn't sit well with this one.
With a huge sigh the Panda ran a paw down his face features morphing into annoyance.
