Aaron shook his wet hair out of his face and knelt by the wooden cross with a name carved in it. There were many crosses like it, but this one had dandelions all around it. Aaron wished he could get Eric something nicer like roses, but all the flowers in the stores were dead by now. "I'm sorry." He said. "I should have saved you." He sniffled as tears started to run down his face. He touched the grave and looked at the name carved in it. "I'll kill them all, I promise." He was a savior-killing machine now, hoping he'd already gotten Eric's killer, or somebody did. "I love you." He said, and kissed the name on the cross. "Goodbye, Lover." He got up and walked back to his house, their house, and laid in the bed alone. He touched Eric's pillow and held it to his chest, breathing in his scent. "I'm sorry."
