So this is my first attempt at a marvel/ spiderman fanfiction so hope you enjoy! Kind of loosely based on what Rory and Amy went through.
So I set this as early 30s Tony and Mid 20s Pepper. They become part of the avengers during the time skip later on. But he already has the arc reactor.--

Tony thought his life couldn't be any more perfect than it was in that moment. His wife, Pepper was cooking in the kitchen and her hips swayed to the music. Tony loved those hips. He loved every bit of Pepper.
They had been married a month and Tony still struggled to keep his hands off of her all day. Every day felt like a honeymoon to the couple.
Pepper catches his stare and places a hand on her hip and a smile on her face. "Take a picture, love. It'll last longer."
Tony rolled his eyes with a fond smile on his face and closed the distance between them. His arms snaked around her slim form and he presses his lips to hers.
"Good morning, wife." Tony smiles as Pepper let's out a small laugh. What a beautiful laugh, he thinks to himself.
The couple were too infatuated with each other that they failed to notice the gangly green creature watching them.

Tony and Peppers moment was shattered along with the glass to the window of the loft and Tony moves to shield his wife. Pepper screams as she and Tony are hit with glass and curls an arm around her middle on instinct.
Tony notices the green gas too late as he feels himself slip into a world of black, his last thoughts of Pepper.
The green creature has his accomplices gather the fallen couple separately and get them ready to be taken to more secure place.

When Tony came to, he was in a cell facing an open lab room. His mind was still foggy from the gas. He shook himself and blinked back his confusion.
When he looks out from the cell, he sees Pepper strapped to a table that was head tilted up so he could see her. She was still asleep but otherwise looked okay. She had tiny cuts from the glass and he assumed he had some of his own cuts.
Tony is pulled from his thoughts when the ugly creature comes in and looks upon his wife. Tony's stomach churns and he grabs the bars.
"Stay away from her!" He hopes to draw the creature away from his wife.
He almost succeeds but his loud cry has awoken his wife. She looks around dazed and her eyes widen as they land on the green thing before her. She pulls against the restraints and her breathing picks up.
The thing runs a finger over her cheek. "Calm yourself, female. We wouldn't want to hurt anyone." The creature cackles and Peppers cheeks grow red in shame.
Tony looked on confused but couldn't respond as the thing continued.
"I am known as the Goblin and you, young Stark, have something I want."
Tony cringes at the name because damn, it was fitting. An ugly, piece of shit, goblin. "If it's money you want then you can have it. No need to string my wife up."
The Goblin cackles and cocks his head. "You don't know. Female has just found out but has not spoken to you. Shall we tell him?" He asks Pepper and she sobs and lowers her head.
Tony's heart is racing beneath the blue light of his arc reactor. He can feel the gravity of the secret his wife is forced to tell and different possibilities pop into his head.
"Tony…" Pepper sobs before continuing, "I'm pregnant."
Tony slides to the floor and stares in fear at his wife. A new fear for his unborn child.

So, if you hadn't gathered already, peter is going to be Tony and Peppers son. But still, What's gonna happen? Will Tony be able to save his newly found family? What does the Goblin have in mind? We shall see.
