Faded Memories
Prologue- Just Don't Forget
Sora, Donald, Goofy, and Kaida hurriedly ran through the walls of Hallow Bastion. Sora was the Keyblade Master chosen to save the worlds. Donald Duck was the royal mage at Disney Castle while Goofy was Captain of the Royal Guard. Kaida was a girl the three met at Traverse Town who apparently was separated from her world when it was attacked. She had the powers of shape-shifting and used twin katanas as her weapon. Her katanas were like Yin and Yang. One was pure black with the kanji of Yin carved into it with a western style dragon. The other was pure white with the kanji Yang and a Chinese-style dragon. She had helped the other three so much on their adventure.
As they were climbing with some stairs, a large army of Shadows appeared. The three summoned their weapons but Kaida stepped in.
"No," she said, "you three go on. I can take them myself." She summoned her katanas and turned around but not before giving her trademark smirk. "GO!" she yelled. Her long white hair with some black highlights blew in some nonexistent wind. Her right white eye and black left eye glimmered with courage and bravery. She knew she wouldn't make it.
Sora, Donald, and Goofy were hesitant to leave her. "Just don't forget me!" were all they heard. Sora turned around only to be greeted by a large sea of black.
"Kaida!" he yelled.
Donald held him back, "No! Kaida wanted us to go on! We can't let her sacrifice go to waste."
Sora nodded sadly and went on. "Don't worry," he whispered, "I won't forget." I single tear went down his face.
They continued on as Kaida met her fate.
