(But seriously. What is F a t e?)
--&&Force predetermining events: The force or principle believed to predetermine events.
Olette was just another girl, book smart and pretty. The only thing that made her not just another girl was her tomboy attitude, the one all the girls hated because she was just another one of the guys, and they feared her taking their attention. They were so cruel. They stole her books and ripped them, threw her stuff in the toilet and wrote terrible things on her locker. They said worse things, but they could never ruin the brunette's spirit. She would laugh it off, saying that she'd forget her books and that she tripped and fell in a puddle. It wasn't until they cut her hair in such an odd style that the girl finally broke. All the pain she had kept inside, she let it all go. Her grades dropped from As to Ds, then she stopped going to school all together. She wouldn't take any calls and nobody saw her for weeks at a time.
--&&Outcome: a consequence or final result.
She gave up life, but life wasn't done with her. It sent her an angel, well...he fell from the sky. She was staring down at the lake that was below her, sitting at the edge of the bridge and the next thing she sees is a giant splash and she falls in. She was going to jump, but she had to fall, either way she was going to drown. At least that's what she thought. He pulled her up with him.
"Are you fucking crazy?" he coughed, spitting out water.
"You just fell out of the sky and you're asking if I'm crazy?" she retorted.
He flashed her a cocky grin as he swam them to shore.
"Who are you anyway?" she said, pulling away from him.
"Reno, you know, that guy who saved your life? R-e-n-o."
"Yeah I got it," she pushed him away. "Thanks for nothing."
He grabbed her arm, "I didn't catch yours"
--&&Destiny: something with decisive or far-reaching consequences that inevitably happens to somebody or something.
She turned a glared plastered on to her pretty face. Despite this she couldn't help but be interested in this man who fell out of the sky just to stop her from killing herself. Her expression softened, if only a little.
"Olette."
"Well, Olette, aren't you lucky? I fell out of the sky for you." He mused, voice soft, yet sharp with that sting of cockiness and playfulness making him even more alluring.
"Just the luckiest. You think I'm going kiss your feet with gratitude just because you saved my life? That, for your information, I was trying to end. If you think I'll do that then you have another thing coming." He had completely ruined it, her glare was back at full power. She pushed him away and started to walk away again, but he grabbed her and wrapped his arms around her.
"I'm not done with you yet." He whispered into her ear.
She couldn't help but blush, she fit so perfectly into his arms. As much as her head told her to protest, her heart told her to chill. She didn't want to admit it, but she was enjoying herself. He told her again and again it was just luck that Rude had pushed him out of the helicopter at the moment. Despite what he may say, they both knew it was fate.

--it was alright for my first attempt at this, right? I personally blame my muses one-hundred percent like, because they are aching for a tragedy. Specifically no tragedy allowed, yes it was kinda short but I like the shortness so deal with it. I'm not too sure what to make out of it, hey hit me up for a review.
