Let the darkness succumb you
Engulf you
Fill you with fear
Fear of the dark, the shadows
The horror and lies
Fear of the pain, torture
The sorrow and acidic tears
The darkness begins to eat you
Alive
Your eyes open, but they're hollow
Round black orbs staring
Blankly at each and every
Person, who finds them transparent
In their lonely tattered view
It's simple to you
A small cut, a little blood
Anything to take away the pain
Take away the fear
But the dark
It has become you
Your body, your soul
Black as night
Hollow, Empty
Yet filled with nothing
But fear
A/N: This just seemed like an Ellie poem. I wrote it before I decided who to write it about, but I thought it just described how she feels and everything. Only my second poem so please be gentle!
