"A True Genius"

BY: THE BUNNY OF EVIL!!!!

It was a quiet, spring morning when the sun was in full view and the trees swayed to gentle voice of the wind. It was so peaceful, if someone yelled, everyone would jump in fear of an ambush attack.

Jiang Wei was writing poetry underneath the largest tee in the Cherry Blossom Forest to seek a way to make a simple stratagy by poetry.

"The Sky so blue and the wind so fair

Fire angels will fly in the air.

The people will sigh in awe

Their weapons of gardening turning...raw?"

"NO! It's not right... the enemy will surely figure it out. Plus, it makes no sense to us!" Jiang growled. He then crumpled up the piece of paper and placed it along with other paper ball failures. He rubbed his forehead and sighed. "My Lord will be displeased..."

"About what?" A voice suddenly said. Jiang quickly sat up and looked around his surroundings. He saw Wen Ting, a female General who loves to be stubborn, but hates to be wrong.

She wore a bluish-greenish tunic underneath a maiden's armor with mini skorts (skirt with shorts attached underneath) and boots. Her medium length layered black hair was shining in the sunlight and her piercing black eyes reflected like a shadow to her pale skin.

"I have to make a stratagy in poetry so the enemy would never find out, but I'm stuck."

"Ah, I see. Did lord Zhuge Liang put you up to this?" Wen asked.

"Yes."
"Figures as much. Well, poetry is very complicated. There's just too many ways to make poetry. I say, this way is the best!" Wen then grabbed a piece of paper from Jiang and a pen and started to write.

Friends to foes,

In the night of the dragon,

Ready to battle the water,

Every soldier's pride rises.

An Earth dragon then cries out.

Roaring into the heavens.

Reeling it's head in anger and pain.

Oh, how loud it yells!

Wei will fall.

Shu will win.

"See? Easy, yet hard at the same time!" Wen said with a victorious grin.

Jiang Wei read the poem over and over, but still didn't get her stratagy. "What stratagy is this??" Jiang asked.

"Read the first letter of each phrase horizontally." Wen ordered.

Jiang read the poem once again, then realized the poem's meaning. "Interesting way, Wen." He said.

"Thanks." She replied back with a grin. She then walked away.

"Wait, Wen!" Jiang called.

Wen stopped, but then smirked. "You wanna talk? Come and catch me!" She said she began to run.

"Wen!!" Jiang yelled as he chased Wen.

She ran back and forth, dodging trees and obstacles in the way. Jiang was on her tail.

Finally, he caught her, but not in a way you would think.

She had reached the edge of the forest, where the lake was and quickly caught her breath. But behind her was Jiang Wei charging at her. Both had collided and fallen into the lake.

Wen was the first to reach the surface. She gasped deeply for air and coughed out access water from her lungs. Jaing soon followed.

"I guess I caught you," Jiang said.

"Hmph... fine, you did. What do you want?" She asked.

Jinag then went up to her and grabbed her shoulders.

"What the?" Wen said, but was stopped with a kiss from 'the true genius'.

"I wanted to give you a thank you." Jiang said.

Wen was red, but she shook her head rapidly. "No way can this be happening."

"But it is, Wen." Jiang said as he kissed her again. Wen kissed back and wrapped her arms around Jiang.

"I guess I'm not the True Genius anymore." Jiang said with a smile.

"I guess not, eh?" Wen said with a smirk. She then splashed water in his face. Both of them fought a water battle and lived a very happily ever after.
