Lucy Jackson may seem like just any normal girl if you see her roaming the streets of New York City, but appearance is no t always what it seems. Lucy is the daughter of the Annabeth and Percy Jackson, the great heroes that saved Olympus. But his is the story of Lucy's epic adventure!

Lucy's POV

Have you ever heard the myths about the Greek gods and the Greek story's,yeah well they are real. I know it takes a while to get used to, but my parents are both children of those gods,my mom is a daughter of Athena and my dad is a son of Poseidon. Yep I am a calling the great Athena god of wisdom and battle strategy and amazing Poseidon the god of he sea grandma and grandpa(it's a little weird). I first found out about all of this at the age of five,it was hard enough for my parents to keep it from me that long, with us living in New Athens, a city for the Greeks to live were they can live in peace away from all the monsters. This place is really suspicious if you have no idea about the whole Greek gods thing. At first I didn't understand it, and believe me I was a very mature kindergartener,being a descendent of Athena and all. After a while I understood what it meant to be a descendent from the gods. My mom helped a lot though(thank gods for awesome moms). Other than my mom and my dad the only other person in my family is my brother,Charlie,Charlie is the best brother in the world. Unlike other siblings we almost never fight. Charlie and I used to go down by the creek all the time and splash along in the water. Now Charlie is away in college,Olympic university,we only see him on certain weekends ,holidays, and in the summer for camp. With Charlie is gone my mom likes to baby me, I guess it's like I am her only child now. I also have my best friend Rose,Daughter of my parents best friends,Uncle Grover and Aunt Juniper. Rose is the best friend ever, we always hang out in the woods, pretending we are fighting monsters. We also go to CHB(Camp Half-Blood)before it is summer, back when we were little we would ride the back of Chiron. Me and Rose like it down there, hanging out with the water nymphs and playing with the hellhound,Mrs. O'Leary. But I'm sure you want to here about the fun part it all started in May 1st when campers were just starting to arrive from their school round lives or from New Athens like me...

"My little princess is all grown up. You sure you don't want me to drive you to camp?"my mom asked. I had told my parents that I would be going to Camp Half-Blood with Rose and a couple other friends. "No mom, I'll be fine. Dad gave me like more than enough drachmas so I can iris message you every single day I'll be gone and Charlie will be there too,"I answered. I was so pumped to be there without my parents, I mean I am 13 no 2, I can take care of myself. My parents usually help out Mr.D and Chiron at camp but this year my mom had a big project for work she had to do and my dad had to go to Olympus for a thing with Grandpa Poseidon, so this year I felt very independent. I spotted the red Honda outside that belonged to Rose. "Rose is here,"I said."okay,tell Rose I said hi,bye sweetie," she gave me a hug and my dad have the top of my head a kiss. "Don't forget to iris message us so we can make sure you are ok,"my dad said. "Of course,"I responded. As soon as I got in that car I new it was going to be one fun summer.
