"You do realize we shouldn't be doing this" Hermoine said, but you could tell in her voice she wanted it just as much as Harry did. "Why not? Who's gonna care anyway?" "Well, for starters, Ron? Ginny?" She was mostly trying to convince herself. "We're just going to diagon alley. Maybe have a few butter beers while we're at it?" Harry knew what he was doing. It worked last time to. They both knew it, and they both wanted it. "Harry, you know what happened last time," There was a pause on the line. He could hear Hermoine talking to Ron. "Who you talking to?" "Luna, Ron." Ron left the room and she finished her conversation with "Luna". "Meet me there at six" And with that the line went dead. A thin, crack of a mile spread over Harry's face. He knew he'd won.

"Hey hot stuff" Harry taunted. "It was bad enough the first time" She paused and Harry could see tears in her eyes. He leaned in and kissed her. She pulled away. She couldn't even look at him. "I feel disgusting, I love Ron" She said it. She's said it many times. Whenever she said it though, especially to Harry, she questioned it. "You know, it's a sin to lie" He said "It's also a sin to cheat." She looked away again. She couldn't look at Harry. In the back of her mind, she wanted to be a kid again. She wanted to go back to Hogwarts and start over. To fall for Harry, the brave and kind one instead of Ron, the disgusting pig of a man she married. "Then let's not cheat" Harry looked at her, as if waiting for approval. Hermoine felt it. She looked up at him, with bittersweet eyes, and took a chance. He pulled her close, but she pulled him closer. As disgusting as this part of the alley was, it was also the most beautiful. They pulled away, the kiss still lingering in the air. Harry looked at her, and this time, she returned the gaze. She was fixated on him. His eyes, his hair, his gentle yet firm touch. It seemed as if time itself had no effect on him. "I love you" He said. Harry stood there, waiting for a response. She began to cry and ran. She was about 20 ft away when she turned around. "I'm sorry. I just" she paused to take a breath. "I just can't" With that, she left. Harry fell and for one of the only times in his life, cried.

"Hello, you've reached Hermoine Weasly! Leave a message at the-" Once again, Ron got the voicemail. "Hey Ron! What's-" "Harry, where the hell's my wife?" Harry got nervous. He'd been awaiting this call for months, but this was terrible timing. "Honestly Ron, I have no freaking clue nor do I care." "Don't lie to me Luna. I know it's always been you who she sees! I may not be as bright as her, but I'm not dumb" Ron was losing it. " Really Ron? Well, if you're not so dumb after all, then why haven't figured out she was cheating on you before now?" Harry knew he crossed the line, but he didn't care. He already lost Hermoine, what else did he have to lose? "Just out of curiosity" Harry mused "How long do you think we've had a thing for?" "Listen Harry, I really don't want to know, just tell me where she is." He did want to know, but he didn't want Harry to have the satisfaction of knowing he got to him. "Like I told you before, I don't know. She ran off. Oh and by the way, two years." Harry hung up. He knew that if he didn't, Ron would have.
