"I'm sorry Lauren, but you need to pack your bags and meet back here for your trip home."
"You're kidding right?" The mousy Lt. Singer asked.
"No Lauren I'm not. The majority of your tribe has voted you out. You need to make your goodbyes quick." Dan Landers told Lauren and then dismissed the groups.
Early the Next Mornings
Tribe 1 camp
The entire cast of group 1 was huddled around the camp fire cooking that mornings breakfast. Last night Harm and Mac were lucky enough to catch some fish, so for breakfast that morning they had a large helping of fish and fruit. It wasn't exactly Denny's, but at least it was something to keep their strength up for the competition.
"So Harm what do you make of the other group?" Aj asked Harm trying to gage his reaction to their competitors seeing if they could form a plan of attack.
"Well AJ they don't seem very strong and just by looking at them during the meetings they don't seem to have a strong morale."
"I agree with Harm, Aj." Mac spoke up. "They always seem to be at each other's throats."
After asking everyone their opinion that seemed to the general feeling all around. Little did they know that on the other side of the island group 2 was planning on using group one's opinions against them.
Two miles from the Base
"Good evening castaways. Tonight's competition is slightly different than the ones before. On the last two competitions you had to try and know your teammates better or it was by luck if you were able to find a good enough shelter. Tonight we're going to focus on teamwork. Set up through these woods is a maze. The object of this game is to try to get at least two members through the maze before the other team. Alright line up at the entrance. On your marks, get set, go." Dan yelled and the teams were off.
Halfway through the maze team two started yelling at each other and they distracted team one from going on. Little did team one know it was all part of team two's plan. They decided that they were going to get team one over confident where they thought they could watch them yell and they wouldn't notice that two of their team members had left and were headed to the finish line and that's exactly what had happened. Team one was shocked to hear the whistle blow and team two pronounced the winners.
"Team one you know what this means. Tonight you must vote off one of your team members. If you'll grab the markers and paper behind you please write down the name of the member that you wish to banish and pass them to me without any of your team members seeing."
Who should be voted off the island from team one?
