Say you'll share with me one love, one lifetime...

Say the word and I will follow you...

"You're so tense..." Yazoo commented as he felt the knots in the fiery haired Turk's back, neck and shoulders. He slid his hands along the thin form of Reno, working to relax the muscles with his own expertise

Reno sighed and simply allowed it while trying to get comfortable in his spot.

The silver haired remnant applied pressure to the older male's overworked muscles, forcing him to lie back against his chest as he massaged the tense shoulders.

Obediently resting back, Reno silently relished in the warmth he felt seep into his back as he closed his eyes, trying to block out all else.

"So," Yazoo began, keeping at the massaging, "what's on your mind?"

"Nothing, yo," Reno replied promptly, keeping his eyes closed. The lie was automatic and he regretted saying it. Yazoo knew him far too well and being the stubborn individual that he was, he knew he wouldn't drop it.

The clone's thin brow arched as a skeptic look stole his normally expressionless face. "Is that so? Hm. Funny how absolutely nothing can tense your body the way that it has. Perhaps I should do nothing the next time we decide to make love. See if your body tenses the way its supposed to."

Reno winced noticeably at the sarcastic remark. He sighed, squirming some in his lover's lap. "I just..."

Yazoo leaned in and gently pressed his lips to the redhead's aching temple. "Go on. Tell me."

A slight shiver engulfed the Turk's form despite the warmth of Yazoo's breath against his flesh. He shrugged lightly. "I dunno. I guess, I guess I'm just confused. I mean, I tell myself that I ain't gay but then I can't fight how I feel about you. So uh...I slept with this chick and it didn't feel right. I mean, it felt good and all but not like...not like you and I. Cause when we're together it's different. It's better and it just feels right. Ya know? Look, I know I shouldn't have done that. It was stupid and I'm sorry. You...you're mad, aren't you?"

Yazoo, who had listened to every word his lover had said in his own calm silence, simply shook his head. "No, Reno. I'm not mad. I'm disappointed. You should have told me sooner that you weren't completely sure about all of this."

"Yeah. I should have told you to begin with. S'not fair."

"Well...I could give you your space if its need-"

"No!" Reno replied with enough ferocity to make the remnant flinch. "No, Yaz. Fuck. That's the last thing I want. I can't have somethin' as great as you just walk out of my life. You're the best thing that's ever happened to me, yo."

Mako green eyes narrowed at the sudden confession. Not being able to help himself, Yazoo placed his slender finger under the Turk's chin and turned his face around to give him a deep, meaningful kiss.

Reno responded by simply melting into the warmth his lover's lips offered.

Yazoo pulled away slightly, gently rubbing his nose against Reno's in an affectionate manner before moving his lips to his ear to whisper his own confessions. "You have no idea how much I love you, Reno. You're my heart, you fool. How could I possibly survive without my heart?"

A deep blush arose on the Turk's normally pale face as he was not used to hearing such declarations of love. But for once in his life, he felt that he could commit to a person and as he gazed into those mesmerizing emerald orbs, he realized that gender didn't matter. Nothing mattered when they were together.

Yazoo smiled that smile that lit both his and Reno's face up each time it appeared on his serene face. He kissed at the Turk's ear lovingly. "Come. Let's see you tense the right way."

Reno simply grinned and rose from his spot, following the silver haired enigma into their own personal heaven.

Oh sweet bliss...
