Spend all
your time waiting
for that second chance
for a break that would make it okay
there's always one reason
to feel not good enough
and it's hard at the end of the day
I need some distraction
oh beautiful release
memory seeps from my veins
let me be empty
and weightless and maybe
I'll find some peace tonight
It's funny, before her I never though that I would love this way I do...
Or that it would hurt this way to love...
She's mine...but not completely...
Because he's always there...
Even when we are together, fighting, making love he's there...
Always part of her...
I have tried so hard to erase him from her heart...
But still she turns to him in need for comfort...
It's like no one exist when he's around...
What does she see in him...?
He's a vampire...
A blodsucking demon...
He has tormented her and her friends...
But she forgave him everything in a heartbeat...
Like nothing matters...
Sometimes I lay awake and watch her sleep...
A secret smile will play on her face..
Like he's there, inside her head, in her dreams...
Even when she's sleeping, he's with her...
Sometimes in her nightmares she will cry out "I never forget" with such pain that it makes here lip tremble and tears fall...
When she awakes she will remember nothing...
It's like it never happened...
I wonder if I left would she remember me?
Would she miss me like she misses him?
Would she call out my name in her dreams like she calls out his?
Would the mention of my name make her eyes distant like when someone mentions his?
Will the demon with a name of heaven ever truly leave her heart?
When will he come back to take her from me..?
Her Angel????
in the
arms of an angel
fly away from here
from this dark cold hotel room
and the endlessness that you fear
you are pulled from the wreckage
of your silent reverie
you're in the arms of the angel
may you find some comfort there
