Jack Skellington had just crossed the perimeter of Halloween Town and was wandering in the forest between the towns with his faithful dog, Zero.
They walked passed the usual trees, an Easter Egg, Christmas Present, Four-Leaved Clover, A Turkey, and a Candle.
Suddenly, Zero started barking.
"What is it boy?" Jack questioned.
And Zero began jumping up and down leading Jack deeper and deeper into the woods.
Finally Jack reached a tree with a cartoon kid with a backpack slouched over.
The door to the tree opened and the kid walked out.
"Name's Heffley, Greg Heffley" the kid said shaking Jack Skellington's hand, "but you can just call me the Wimpy Kid"
