Greek lessons
Annabeth was getting sick of it. She was, along with Percy, sitting by the lake for two hours now, trying to teach him greek. But of course, all he could do was stare at her blankly while she told him how to conjulgue verbs in greek.
"Ugh! It's so simple, Percy! How can you still not get it? I already explained it to you, like, fourteen times!" she exclaimed, throwing her hands in the air in frustation.
"Well, it isn't easy for me!" he replied. "I don't know how to do it! Get over it!"
"Never!"
Percy rolled his eyes and groaned as she started explaining to him, again, how to conjulgue the verbs correctly.
Ten minutes later, after her rant, she looked at him, only to find him with the same blank expression on his face.
She went silent and got up. That made Percy wake up.
"Where are you going?" he asked, while she started picking up her books and notebooks.
"To my cabin. I have to leave this things there so I can head to the arena to decapitate some dummies." she said and Percy gulped."
He knew it was risky but he got up and blocked her way.
"Please don't go! Look, I'll try harder!" he said desperately.
"No Percy. I'm freaking tired of you not paying attention to me!"
"I am paying attention to you!"
She raised an eyebrow.
"Oh yeah, totally!" she said sarcastically.
"I am! Well, maybe not to what you're saying, but I'm paying attention to you!"
"That doesn't make any sense!"
"For a daughter of Athena you're really oblivious Annabeth" he said and she glared at him.
He got closer to her, took her books and notebooks out of her hands and put them down then put both his arms around her waist while she just put her hands on top of his arms, makind his skin tingle.
"I was paying attention on you twisting your hair without even noticing. I was paying attention to you when everytime you turned a page, you licked your finger first. I noticed when you got red when I didn't give you the right awnser, or when you rolled your eyes every time I tried to pretend I knew the awnser when the truth is I didn't even hear the question" he said.
Annabeth, now angry, broke free from his grasp and started walking back toward her cabin, not even caring about the books. Which was rare for a child of Athena.
But her plan failed when he grabbed her from behind.
"And" he continued like she never moved. "I also noticed how you blushed every time our arms brushed."he said and she could hear the smirk on his face. She blushed, much to his hapiness. He then freed her from his tight grip and put his hands on her shoulders, slowly going down her arms. "You would shiver and inhale sharply" he said, his voice kind of husky. He was now holding back a huge grin, since every time he said the things she'd done, she would repeat them. "Your heat beat would race" he said as his hand ventured near her heart, making it beat at bliding speed, making her blush even more. "And then, you would fight that need that comes from deep down in you to kiss me" he finished, while she turned around, returning to their previous position: his arms around her weist and her hands on his arms. "Are you going to make that mistake again?"
She ignored his silly smirk and stood on her toes, put her arms around his neck and kissed him lovingly. No way, she thought.
Then someone behind then coughed, interrupting the couple's moment. When they turnned around they saw it was Thalia.
"So... How are the greek classes going?" she asked.
Annabeth turnned back to look at Percy.
"Great" she awnsered simply, making her Seaweed Brain smile.
