Just an idea that popped into my head while listening to Fergalicious. Rukia is pretty out of character, but oh well. Actually...she's very out of character xD.

"Okay, so I put the straw in here?"
"Yeah."
"Which--"
"The sharp end, Rukia." Ichigo said, rubbing the back of his neck.
"Mmm this juice is good." The small Shinigami murmured, plopping down on the sidewalk curb next to Ichigo.
"Enjoy." He said, simply.
Ichigo saw her pull an iPod out of her orange hoodie pocket and immediately became confused. Since when did she know what an iPod was? Let alone know how to use it... And where did she get that hooded sweat shirt? Urahara probably gave it to her...Along with the iPod...This was going to be embarrassing... Glancing back at her suspiciously, his eyes widened as he saw her stand from her seat on the curb, pulling her hood on and begin dancing in place.
And singing. He was horrified.
"Fergalicious definition make them boys go loco."
"Ah..Rukia..."
"They want my treasures so they get their pleasures from my photo."
"...Rukia...people are looking at you..."
As she continued singing, he twiddled his thumbs, looking away from her while he whistled in effort to make the by passers think he didn't have a clue who she was.
"You could see me, you can't squeeze me. I ain't easy, I ain't sleazy--"
Okay...now not only were people staring...they were pointing...
"Rukia!!"
She pulled down her hood and plucked the ear pieces from her ears staring blankly back at him.
"What?"
"...What the hell are you doing? Is this some sort of joke? Did Urahara tell you to do this or something?"
"Joke? No, of course not. This happens to be a very hip song, you know."
"Ah...uh...what?"
"If you don't like it, I could sing a different one. You don't have to be so discrete. Let's see..." She scanned through songs on the pink, chappy bunny covered iPod.
"No...Uhm, that's okay...Rukia..Where did you get that..?"
She looked up, an aimless expression on her face.
"Inoue gave it to me. She said everyone has them."
He would get her for that.
