Percy and Annabeth
Good Morning
Percy's POV
I woke up and a smile swept across my face, I shuddered involuntarily. The smile was because although I was at Camp Half Blood, and I was in Poseidon's cabin in my bed, and Annabeth was in my arms. The shudder was because her long bare leg was coming out of the blanket and she was on top of me.
I felt her shift and watched as her eyes fluttered open and she smiled at me. Those beautiful grey eyes and that adorable smile. I would be perfectly content with staying like this for the rest of the day. I thought back to last night, our first time. It made my heart race just thinking about it. I caressed Annabeth's face with both of my hands. Annabeth took my hands in her's and kissed each of my fingertips. I sighed at the tenderness of the action. Man, I love this girl.
Annabeth's POV
It was so warm and blissful I didn't think I could ever find a reason to leave. I could feel Percy's ripped abs underneath my stomach. Gosh, to me Percy with his shirt off is like sugar cubes to a horse, irresistible. His mop of black hair was disheveled from sleep and his eyes twinkled with happiness. How I loved those sea green eyes when they sparkled. I continued to stare deep into his eyes, like trying to see the bottom of the Pacific Ocean, even though they were as clear as the Caribbean Sea. He was staring into my eyes, just as deeply.
Seconds ticked by as we were both lost in blues and greys. Finally, the horn for breakfast broke the silence. "Crap!" I said, the first word I had heard or said all morning, yet I had been awake for at least ten minutes. I jumped off the bed, quickly finding the clothes that weren't on me already and putting them on. Percy was doing the same thing, but much slower and with fresh clothes.
"Percy! I don't want to be late for breakfast!" I said, throwing a pillow at him. What really annoyed me was that he caught the dang thing.
"Sorry Annabeth, I'm going." He replied, a smile tugging at the corners of his mouth.
"Whatever Percy. I'm going to my cabin to get a new pair of clothes and brush my hair, then we'll walk to breakfast together, or maybe run. Crap! It's late!"
"Yes ma'am!" Percy answered as I rushed out the door.
Percy's POV
Annabeth ran up to me as I was half way to the dining pavilion. "Hey Wise Girl." I said, feeling like I should have called her 'honey' instead now that our relationship was even more serious. Oh well, we'll probably be calling each other 'Seaweed Brain' and 'Wise Girl' right up till the day we die. Not that I mind.
"Hey Seaweed Brain." Annabeth answered, I had been thinking for only a few seconds. We reached the dining pavilion and I gave her a quick kiss on the cheek before we went to different tables.
