Bad sides, we all have them. Some might appear good and nice but everything has a breaking point. A part of them that could snap like dry pasta. This is the story of how I got pushed to mine
I woke up really wishing for something exciting to happen, you see I live in the middle of a small town in Ohio. Nothing ever happens, you wake, up do your job, make enough money to stay alive. Little did I know my wish was about to come true.
As I walked outside to go to work I noticed some rustling in the bushes by my driveway "stupid squirrels" I mutter to myself. I walk over to scare them away when something jumps out and bites me. I shake it off quickly but realize I'm bleeding. Suddenly my vision blurs and I fall to the ground as the world goes black.
When I wake up I'm in a strange room. I get up to check my surrounding, the room I'm in is pink with two beds and a wooden dresser, nothing special. Suddenly the door opens and a woman walks in. " Where am I" I ask her. "Your in pallet town, I found you unconscious in the middle of the road. By the way what's your name?" she asks. " I'm John" I tell her. She explains to me that I'm in her daughters bedroom and I'm free to leave whenever I want. I her thank you and walk out the door. A million questions are running through my mind as I walk out the door. I decide to look around the town and find that there are four houses and one exit into a grassy path. I decide to walk in the grass a bit when suddenly I here a voice shout "Wait don't go into the tall grass wild Pokemon might attack. Suddenly a yellow mouse with brown lines on its back appeared. The old man that yelled for me earlier runs forward and throws a red and white capsule at it and suddenly it vaporizes into a crimson light. I instantly faint. When I wake up this time I'm in a gray and silver room with lot of equipment everywhere. I stand up as a kid about my age runs in and shouts "Gramps I'm ready for my first Pokemon." " Its on the table Robert" he replies with a groan. Then he looks down at me and says "Hello my name is professor oak, people call me the Pokemon expert. This world is wildly inhabited by creatures we call Pokemon, some people battle with them, some people have them as pets, and others see them just a tools. I am going to give you the Pokemon we caught earlier so you can go on a poke mon journey" he says. I stare at Him for a while before he helps me up and gives the capsule that he threw at the yellow mouse earlier. He handed it to me and gave me a device that looked like a D.S. System. "What do I do with this I then he tells me that if I point it at a Pokemon I see it instantly tells me all there is to know about it. "Wow that's handy, why are you giving this to me?" I reply. Then he tells me that it was his lifelong dream to do this and that he thinks I have what it takes to do it for him now that he's to old to. Thank you I replied and walked out of the lab.
Ok first chapter kinda short but future chapters will be longer. I'm sorry for not really describing main character much but the next chapter will be more interesting.
