Sakura sat under the shade of a tree in her favorite park
Sakura sat under the shade of a tree in her favorite park. The sun shone behind clouds and a gentle breeze crossed her face. She smiled and closed her eyes. Sakura sat like that for a few minutes before she felt arms around her and a chin resting lightly on her shoulder. She opened her eyes and looked at the face next to hers.
"Hey," she said to the face.
"Hn." The face said back. Sakura smiled and they sat like this for a while when Sakura thought of something.
"Sasuke?" she asked her boyfriend of 4 years. "Please, tell me that you love me."
Sasuke lifted his chin from her shoulder and stood up. He moved and then was sitting at her side. Sasuke looked her full on in the face. He frowned slightly, but then he took her face in his hands and said to her with a half smile. "You know I do."
She frowned at this. She knew that he was teasing her, but she wanted to hear it from his own mouth.
time jump
Sasuke and Sakura were sitting at a restaurant. Sakura looked at Sasuke. He was eating a tomato. She looked at her own plate, noodles. She put some food into her mouth, chewed, and swallowed. Then she looked at him and asked, "Sasuke? Please, tell me that you love me?"
The person across the table looked up and into her eyes. He frowned slightly, but then he took her face in his hands and said to her with a half smile. "You know I do."
Sakura shook her head and grinned widely. When the couple had finished, they stepped outside. Sakura took Sasuke's hand and they walked down the quiet street. When they were in front of Sakura's house, Sasuke bent his head and kissed her cheek. He waved and walked in the direction of his house. Sakura smiled and opened her door.
time jump
Sakura and Sasuke were together at a carnival. Sakura was holding a little packet of candy, while Sasuke was holding her hand. The couple was waiting in line for the Farris wheel. Sakura admired the view from the wheel. She could see everything around and below them. Sakura sat next to Sasuke. The Farris wheel stopped and their car was at the top. Sakura looked Sasuke in the eyes and asked, "Please, tell me that you love me."
Sasuke looked at Sakura with a half smile on his face. He took her face in his hands and kissed her. He pulled away and looked into her eyes.
"Sakura Haruno," he stated as the Farris wheel started the descent downward. "I am in love with you."
Sakura smiled.
