I sat on Edward's bed breathing in the smell. I was now in shorts and one of his old black shirts. It was just us. His family was out hunting and preparing for the fight. Charlie thought I was staying with Alice. Perfect,I ould try out my plan tonight.
What was taking so long!?! Oh yeah! He told me to call him when I was throught changing. I whispered for him to enter. "Sorry,I forgot you were waiting",I giggled. He shook his hesd and looked at my attire. His eyes bulged out of his head. "Come on Edward,you looked way better in it than I did",I pleaded. He shook his head and sighed. Why is he so difficult. "I'm not,you just don't know how beautiful you are",he whispered. oops! Guess I said it outloud. I blushed as he came to sit on the bed.
He pulled me close. This was right,for now. Tomorrow,both my families,vampires and werewolves,would be fighting furocious newborn vampires. Because,of my selfishness,Edward would be sitting out wrisking both of my families' lives. They acted like it was nothing. I thought about the newborns coming after them. I shuddered. Of course that didn't go unknown.
"What is it?",he asked. "Maybe,..... I should let you fight. I know you guys think it's nothing but,i'm worried about all of you!",I said with a hint of hysyeria rising and falling at different levels. He sighehd and said the same things every vampire and werewolf had told me since when I confronted them:"No Worries!","We're strong!","We'll be safe!". Yeah right!
All of a sudden his lips silenced mine and I sighed contenet. I could worry in the morning. I needed to work on my plan for tonight now. I positioned myself so that I was lean down slowly. I couldn't feel wait,but I could feel his marble chest. I put my hands to his shirt and started to unbotton the first. He automatically pulled away. Then I heard a click. I sighed at the same time he said no. This was going to be a long night!
