Summary: Standing in the rain, kissing the love of her life...Calleigh never thought she would ever fall in love but here it was. Just a little E/C drabble.
A/N: My mind is so random and ideas just keep popping in my head. I was listening to the song "Love How You Love Me" by Melanie Thornton for about the millionth time and knew right away I had to do something with the song. :)
I'm still working on the sequel for "Patterns of Love" which is now proving to be very difficult. :S

"One more," Calleigh begged softly. The soft patters of rain droplets fell on her head and she closed her eyes. There was something very addictive about kissing the love of her life. Never had she ever imagined she would ever have this feeling. In all of her thirty-five years of life, she never thought she would ever meet someone like Eric. He was truly her paradise.
Eric smiled as he ran his hand through Calleigh's hair. Without hesitation, he leaned in and planted a soft, passionate kiss on her lips. His eyes closed; Eric was very much in love with Calleigh. His cold fingers ran down Calleigh's back and she shuddered in response.
Their kiss deepened gradually and Calleigh couldn't help but fall deeper. It frightened her at first but she finally came to terms that they were in love...Eric was her best friend, turned boyfriend, he wouldn't hurt her.
Just total blissful. They broke apart from the kiss and stared in each others eyes for a moment. You could tell the love was there for both of them. Eric leaned his forehead against Calleigh's as their fingers laced at their waist.
"I love how you love me, forever and a day you can trust me

No matter what will be, you can trust me

Calleigh closed her eyes and relaxed into Eric's arms as she thought over everything they've been through. They've seen each others good and bad, happy and sad times. They've had so many life changing events happen in their lives and have always been there for each other.
Calleigh leaned in and kissed Eric's lips once more. The rain continue to fall and she was sure that in a matter of hours, they would be sneezing as a result of this. Calleigh smiled; Eric smiled. They held on to each other hands. With a final look at the clouded sky, Calleigh whispered "lets go inside."
Eric smiled as he gave her small hand a gentle squeeze. Calleigh smiled again as they held on to each other as the headed back to the apartment. Calleigh was so in love with Eric and it felt so good.
